Roasted butternut squash with curried peanut dressing

Twice baked Cornish cheese soufflé, spring onion and cream

Ham hock, chicken liver pate, truffle oil and ale chutney

Compression of smoked mackerel, cucumber and fennel salad, horseradish cream, prawn oil

Dishes of the day

MAINS

Free range escalope of turkey breast, chestnut, thyme crust, cranberry vodka relish, smoked bacon and crackling

Pot roasted Cornish lamb shoulder, chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables, aubergine caviar, pesto, red wine jus

Honey roasted goats’ cheese with salt baked beetroot, pan fried walnuts, cranberries, pickled pear, red wine dressing

Medley of local fish baked in filo pastry, ginger butter, warm salad of celeriac, red onion, rocket leaves, lemon grass and coriander dressing

All served with seasonal potatoes and vegetables

Steamed Christmas pudding with Bailey’s clotted cream ice cream

Pennypot bread and butter pudding, brandy apricot ice cream

Lemon tart with blackcurrant and cassis sorbet
